What type of computer hardware do you support?
We currently support Apple, Compaq, Dell, HP, Sun Micro Systems and Intel-base hardware.
What type of operating systems do you support?
We currently support Apple OS X, Windows XP Home/Professional/CE, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 Server, Linux Red Hat, Solaris 2.x and HP Digital Unix.
What type of application do you support?
We currently support Microsoft Office, Adobe, ACT, Macromedia, Quick Books, IIS and Apache Web Server.
What type of network appliances do you support?
We currently support Firewalls, Switches, Routers, Hubs, NAS, Print Servers, Load Balancers and Wireless Access Points.

Customer – Billing Questions
How will I be billed?
Invoices are sent out on the 21st of each month. Your bill is due within 10 days of receipt. Late payments will be charged an additional 2% for each day late. Every returned check (NSF) is charged a $32.00 NSF fee. Any customer(s) that submits a NSF will be required to pay by certified checks, cash or money orders.
What is in my invoice?
In your invoice, you will find billing period, detailed description of service rendered, amount due. In addition, you will find terms and conditions information.

What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept company checks, certified checks, personal checks, money orders, cash, PayPal, and Google Checkout.
I lost my invoice, how do I get a new one?
Electronic as well printed copies are available upon your request. Requests for copies of invoices can be sent to billing@xadmins.com.

How do I restart my computer?
- Click Start, and then click Shut Down.
- In the “What do you want the computer to do” drop-down list, click Restart.
How do I restart my DSL or cable modem router?
- Simple unplugged the power cord from the back of the router.
- Wait 2 minutes and plug the power cord to the back of the router.
- Check the LEDs for the ports with cables are lit. Then try to connect to the internet.
How do I manage a virus alert?
To find which anti virus software you are running, click on “start” then “All Programs”. Look for any Antivirus program previously installed in your computer. Run the program and make sure to update your anti virus software with the latest definition. Run a full scan of you computer. If you receive a virus alert, unplug you computer from the network by removing the network cable from the back of your computer.
